In residential areas with high foot traffic, rodenticides are not being considered to ensure the safety of residents. However, tools like glue traps and mousetrap cages present challenges. Glue traps have previously caused accidental injuries to children and pets, while mousetrap cages have often been treated as disposable, leading to ineffective rodent control and substantial waste. Successfully overcoming the shortcomings of traditional rodent control tools, the device captured 31 brown rats within just two days of operation. BioFuture, entrusted by the community management office, conducted an on-site rodent control project. The team successfully captured 31 brown rats, setting a new record for the community and demonstrating their outstanding expertise in rodent control! The farm is located in a suburban forested area, where abundant vegetation provides hiding spots for rodent populations. Without cemented ground surfaces, the rodents burrow into the soil to create nests, establishing long-term habitats and reproducing continuously. Additionally, the farm lacks perimeter walls, allowing rodents to roam freely throughout the area. This unrestricted access enables them to steal poultry feed and even attack the poultry. These factors have contributed to a rapidly growing rodent population at the farm, resulting in a serious infestation. This issue not only inconveniences the workers but also disrupts the poultry's normal growth, posing a potential threat to the farm's economic viability. The farming industry is in urgent need of a new rodent control solution that is safe, non-toxic, highly effective, and easy to operate to address the challenges of rodent infestations. In response to the situation, the site manager evaluated several rodent control methods and ultimately chose the BRT smart rodent trap, installing five units throughout the site.
